There
has been a World Wide Voluntary Withdrawal of Vioxx in all strengths by
the manufacturer Merck.
- Merck, the drug
manufacturer, has implemented a voluntary world wide recall of Vioxx.
- CDHealthCare.com
will not be able to fill or refill any orders for Vioxx at this time.
- We recommend that
customers contact their family doctor to receive further directions
regarding their Vioxx medication.
- We will refund
the cost of part or full bottles of Vioxx for the quantity returned
only. (i.e. if only 20 pills returned then we will refund the cost of
20 pills etc)
- All requests for
returns to CDHealthCare.com will be honored if purchased after April
1st 2004 . (i.e. within the last 6 months)
- Returned vioxx
tablets must be received by the pharmacy by November 26, 2004.
- Any Vioxx tablets
received by the pharmacy after November 26, 2004 will not be reimbursed
and will be destroyed.

Returns
You may return the
medication for a refund by following these steps:
- We will reimburse
the cost of returned shipping; we would like to suggest that you go
to your local post office and purchase Global Priority Mail envelope
which will cost approximately $4.00- $7.00. This will help to ensure
that the package is returned to us quickly. The cost of the shipping
will be at your expense.
- The post office
will put a green sticker on the outside of your package, please write
returned goods and indicate a zero dollar value. By not specifying what
is in the package you are reducing the chance of this package being
held up at the border. Please do not state the name of the medication
on the sticker.
